God Is Mightier

The LORD has established His throne in heaven,
And His kingdom rules over all.

(Psalm 103:19)

LORD Jesus, we praise You, for You are on the throne and far above all. You are above all our anxieties and problems, and You are the One who is above all people and powers that are involved in our worries. Hallelujah! Enable us, O God, we pray, to trust in You alone and to acknowledge You in all of our ways—in all that we think, say, or do. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray. Amen.

I worry about how to fit certain tasks into my day. Will I ever get to accomplish this or that? How can I squeeze in things that I enjoy and want to do into my daily planner?

What is it that you are worrying about at the moment?

While reading Psalm 103 this morning, I was reminded not to forget all the blessings that the LORD has brought into my life—and the ones He will still bring along. Thinking of that, I caught myself thinking of my problems again. How can I solve them, O God? What is the way to go, LORD?

I came to today’s verse that says, that

The LORD has established His throne in heaven,
And His kingdom rules over all.

(Psalm 103:19)

God is on the throne, and He is the One who rules over all! Hallelujah!

ALL! He rules the weather and calms the storms. He provides the food, money, and housing we need. He is mightier than all the heating problems we could ever face. He is in control of the oil prices, yes, He is! He is mightier than landlords or the teller at the bank who decides whether you will get the house (or the money for it) and whether you will move into it or not.

Let me ask you again,
What is it that you are worrying about at the moment?

Now, please, dear one, fill in the blank:

God is mightier than_______ (your problem/s) Yes, He is mightier than everyone else, and He is the One who is above ALL powers and situations. He IS able to perform. Hallelujah!

Trust God with your problems today.
